KCA is now accepting applications for the 2025-26 school year for all grade levels, from Pre-School (ages 4-5) to 12th grade.

We are excited to welcome both new and returning KCA families who have already expressed interest in enrollment. 

At KCA, we are committed to partnering with families to provide a safe, supportive, and enriching learning environment for every student.

How to Apply

1. Submit Your Application – Complete the online application and pay the $25.00 USD non-refundable application fee.
2. Provide Student Records – Upload all required student forms and academic records in the online application form.
3. Schedule a Family Interview – Meet with our admissions team and arrange academic placement testing. An English proficiency test may also be required.
4. Receive Your Admission Decision – After the application process is complete, we will notify you in writing regarding your child’s admission status.
5. Review and Sign Your Enrollment Agreement – Once accepted, complete the annual enrollment contract.
6. Make Your Initial Payment – Secure your child’s enrollment by submitting the first payment.
