Kyiv Christian Academy is always looking for dedicated, qualified teachers who love God and are called to serve Him through missions. Our staff supports and encourages one another both spiritually and professionally, creating a Christ-centered learning environment.
At KCA, we believe that a biblically integrated curriculum is most effective when delivered by educators with a strong biblical worldview. We welcome teachers who are passionate about shaping students academically and spiritually.
Qualifications and Support
A Bachelor’s Degree is required; a degree in Education and ACSI Teacher Certification are preferred but not mandatory.
Most teachers serve as missionaries, partnering with the families at KCA.
KCA assists with living expenses as the school budget allows.
The school can invite foreigners to Ukraine as volunteers, though we cannot provide work visas. Missionary teachers are encouraged to come under the auspices of a mission agency such asRCE International.
Ukrainian staff members are hired locally, following Ukraine’s employment laws.
We welcome recent graduates, retired teachers, and experienced educators from both public and private schools. Teaching at KCA is more than a job—it’s a life-changing ministry opportunity.
